In science, Group 4 have been learning about electricity.

We started off the term by looking at the history of electricity and different scientists.

Next, we moved on to electrical symbols in circuits. Once we had familiarised ourselves with the symbols, we then attempted to accurately draw a range of different circuits.

Today was the much anticipated… practical lesson! First, students had to use their knowledge to identify whether a circuit would work. Once they had predicted, they were given the equipment to test their prediction out.

After this, the students were given exploration time to make different circuits with the equipment provided.
