Zoo Trip

Our learners have been tramping through the bush all the way to Northumberland Zoo! The park had 17 acres for us to explore with over 100 species of animals to see!

The learners were inspired by Northumberland Zoo to consider awareness, respect, and appreciation of the local wildlife! They were looking forward to learning about different habitats, including polar and desert environments!

Matthew was really impressed with the African snails and even had the opportunity to pet them! The learners were given the chance to learn about a collection of different animals and insects. Our boys did us proud by asking lots of questions about the animals, what they eat, and even if they could be kept as pets!
